SKILLS DEVELOPMENT FACILITATION (SDF)

The SDF will be someone nominated by the organization to assume responsibility for gathering and submitting the training reports and plans (i.e. ATR/WSP/PTP) data to a SETA, annually, as per legislation.

Services offered include:

• Chair the organization Training & EE Committee meetings
• Submit WSP/ATR/PTP/PTR annually and serve as a contact person between the organization and the Seta
• Conduct Skills Audits to review skills development policies and procedures
• Coordinate organization training and development requirements

TRAINING MANAGEMENT

This is the management of the learning and development life cycle, ensuring that the Project Manager implements the training model with well documented Education, Training & Development practices:

The process includes Quality Assurance and Monitoring of a number of metrics that take place throughout the training project life-cycle; this is in order to ensure deliverables and milestones are met

SETA ACCREDITATION

We provide assistance with the SETA accreditation process of learning programme. This include, new accreditation, re-registration/renewal as well as Extension of Scope (EoS) for primary and secondary SETA.

The process includes:

• Compiling of accreditation POE: CD and hard copy file
• Development of your accreditation QMS toolkit
• Sourcing of SETA registered facilitators, assessors & moderators
• Assistance with training provider self-desktop evaluation requirements In preparation for the SETA site verification/visit
• Application submission and follow-up
